Earth Leakage ရှိမရှိ monitor လုပ်ပေးတဲ့ Circuit လေ.လာခြင်

 

သင်္ဘောတွေမှာ Earth Leakage ရှိမရှိ monitor လုပ်ပေးတဲ့ Circuit လေးပါ။

-သင်္ဘောတွေမှာ အိမ်သုံးမီးတွေလို Neutral ရယ်လို့ မရှိပါဘူး။

 -လိုအပ်တဲ့(သို့) လိုချင်တဲ့ (Potential Difference) Voltage ကို  Main Switch Board  3Phase      Bus Bar   ကနေ သင့်လျော်တဲ့ Transformer တွေခံပြီး သုံးပါတယ်။ Floating Neutral လို့ ပြောနိုင်ပါတယ်။ ဒါလည်း ရည်ရွယ်ချက် ရှိပါတယ်။ သင်္ဘောပေါ်မှာ Phase တစ်ခု Earth Fault ဖြစ်ရုံနဲ့ System Black out မဖြစ်စေချင်လို့ပါ။ တစ်ကယ်လို့ကုန်းပေါ်မှာလို Star point ကို Ground ချထားခဲ့ရင် phase တစ်ခုခု earth fault ဖြစ်တာနဲ့ သက်ဆိုင်ရာ breaker တွေ တစ်ဆင့်စီ Trip ဖြစ်ပါမယ်။ အကြောင်းတစ်ခုခုနဲ့ အောက် အဆင့်က Breaker က trip မဖြစ်ခဲ့ရင် သင်္ဘောတွေမှာ ဖြစ်သွားမှာပါ။ကုန်းပေါ်မှာ Safety ဖြစ်ပေမဲ့ သင်္ဘောတွေပေါ်မှာ Risk များပါတယ်ဘာပြုလို့လဲဆိုတော့ ကမ်းကပ် ကမ်းခွါ နဲ့ Narrow Channel Traffic ရှုပ်နေတဲ့အချိန် System Black outဖြစ်ရင် တိုက်ခိုက်မှုတွေဖြစ်နိုင်ပါတယ်။

အခုလို floating neutral SystemကPhase တစ်ခုထဲက earth fault ဖြစ်ရုံနဲ့ system blackout မဖြစ်နိုင်ပါဘူး။ မတူတဲ့ phase နှစ်ခု Earth fault ဖြစ်တော့မှ blackout ဖြစ်ဖို့ ရှိပါတယ်။ ဒါပေမဲ့ ဒီစနစ်ရဲ့ ပျော့ကွက်က Phase တစ်ခု earth fault ဖြစ်တာနဲ့ 0 Ohm ဖြစ်တာတောင် breaker trip မဖြစ်ပါဘူး။ ဒီတော့ အဲဒီ earth leakage ကို monitor လုပ်ဖို့ ဒီလို Insulation Monitoring Circuit တွေ ထည့်ထားပေးရပါတယ်။

အထက်ပါ circuit ကို ကြည့်လိုက်ရင် insulation ကို monitor လုပ်တဲ့ အပိုင်း နှစ်ခု တွေ့ရပါလိမ့်မယ်။ 1- Insulation Monitor Relay ပါ။

2-  indicator lamp ၃ ခုကို 3 phase မှာ တစ်ဘက်ဝင်ထားပြီး၊ နောက်တစ်ဘက်ကို star point ချိတ်ဆက်ထားတာပါ။

ပထမ insulation monitor relay ကို ကြည့်ရင် power supply က 6 နဲ့ 7 မှာ ဝင်ထားပါတယ်။ Sensing wire ကို 2 မှာ ဝင်ထားပြီး Earth ကြိုးကို 4 မှာ ဆက် ထားပါတယ်။ တစ်ကယ်လို့ Insulation result က set point ထက် နည်းနေရင်၊ တစ်နည်းအားဖြင့် earth fault ဖြစ်နေရင် alarm output ကို NO Contact 3- 4ကနေ ထုတ်ပေးမှာပါ။  

နောက်တစ်ခုက 440V မီးလုံး ၃ လုံးကို Star connection ချိတ်ဆက်ထားတော့ phase တစ်ခုခုက earth fault ဖြစ်ပေမဲ့ မီးရောင် ပြောင်းလဲတာ သိပ်မသိသာပါဘူး။ ဒါပေမဲ့ Test Button  ကို နှိပ်ပြီး အဲဒီ Star Point ကို Earth နဲ့ ဆက်ပေးလိုက်ရင်မီးလုံး ၃ လုံးရဲ့ အလင်းရောင် ကွာခြားသွားပါလိမ့်မယ်။ Earth leakage ဖြစ်နေတဲ့ phase က မှိန်သွားမှာ ဖြစ်ပါတယ်။ ဒီတော့ Test Button နှိပ်လိုက်တဲ့အခါ မီးလုံး သုံးလုံးရဲ့ Star Point ကို Earth နဲ့ close လုပ်ပေးသလို Insulation monitor unit ရဲ့ Sensing line ကို Open လုပ်ပေးလိုက်တဲ့ သဘောပါ။Normal မှာတော့ Test buttonရဲ့ NCက Insulation monitor ကိုအမြဲဆက်ထားတာကြောင့် ၊ Insulation monitor ကLow Insulation ကိုအမြဲစောင့်ကြည်နေမှာပါ။

 ဒါပေမဲ့Test button အဝင် က Connection 1 နဲ့ 2 ကိုပြောင်းပြန်ဆက်ထားရင်တော့ Monitor ကEarth connectionက အမြဲ Open ဖြစ်နေပြီး Earth Fault /Low Insulation  ကိုမပြနိင်တော့ပါဘူးAlarmမလာနိုင်  ပါဘူး။ Test button နှိပ်ကြည့်မှသိနိုင်ပါတော့မယ်။ Hanover လုပ်ပြီး တဲ့အချိန် ရှေ့ကလူဘာလုပ်သွာလဲဆိုတာစစ်ကြည့်သင့်ပါတယ်။
